ROB BUTKOWSKI- guitar
Rob has been studying the guitar for over 15 years and is one of the most well rounded instructors at Rock’n Music Academy. He began playing guitar at age 6 and by age 12 he had also taken up the piano, bass, and trumpet. Soon after he joined his first band, One Last Stand, and began performing locally. Rob went on to perform with numerous bands during his high school years while handling his role as drum major for the marching band and participating in various musical productions.
Rob is a sought after session musician and performs frequently on guitar and trumpet with various local acts. He has performed at some of the top musical venues in the area, including the PNC Bank Arts Center, The Stone Pony, The Knitting Factory, and Six Flags Great Adventure. He has had the opportunity during his career to open up for prolific national acts including Flogging Molly, The Dropkick Murphies, The Little Kings, The English Beat, Inspector 7, and Dick Dale.
Rob is a motivated and enthusiastic instructor dedicated to assisting his students in achieving their goals in music.
