Sarah Reinold Guitar, Keys
For Sarah, playing music is truly a family tradition. Her entire family, including her father and eight siblings, plays the guitar. Throughout her childhood she was surrounded by music and soon discovered that it was her passion. She followed in her father’s footsteps and went on to attend the prestigious Five Towns College in New York, where she earned degrees in classical guitar, musical performance, and audio recording and technology. While in college, Sarah joined the band Yo Jesse whose music has caught the attention of producer Alan Labiner. Yo Jesse has a unique sound that blends elements of several different styles, from electronic to ambient, and features many instruments, including guitar, keyboard, congas, and flute. The band has recently recorded a full-length album, The Third Rotation, and features Sarah on guitar and vocals. In addition to her work with Yo Jesse, Sarah frequently does session work on vocals, guitar, and percussion and collects instruments from around the world. Sarah encourages her students to approach music with attitude, dedication, and an open mind.
